Medi-Medi: We are in-network with PPO Medi-Medi. Schedule your Pain Evaluation. HMO Medi-Cal: We do not accept these type of plans. Straight PPO Medi-Cal: We are not accepting new patients at this time for this plan. Please check with the office manager for details.

Military & Veterans
